In an era where social media redefines contemporary living, the home has evolved from a private sanctuary into a spatial extension of personal branding. The homeowner—a graphic designer and digital content creator—requires a versatile environment that functions as a live-streaming studio, a product photography set, and a nurturing habitat for her cats.

Through layered spatial planning, the designer reinterprets dwelling in the digital age—facilitating seamless transitions between professional creativity and daily life. By strategically integrating feline behavioral patterns, the design fosters a symbiotic environment where creativity, connection, and companionship coexist.

Within a compact 33-square-meter footprint, the layout is conceived as a comprehensive studio-grade environment. By repositioning the master bedroom entrance and consolidating storage cabinetry, the design maximizes the perceived spatial width. A dedicated feline passage is integrated into the base of the cabinetry, creating a continuous, circular circulation for the cats.

Sequentially elevated platforms define functional zones while enhancing visual depth and creating diverse photographic perspectives. The large-scale tiered cabinetry, meanwhile, integrates hidden storage seamlessly—preserving the clean, minimalist aesthetic essential to this curated residence.

The public domain breaks away from conventional living room archetypes, adopting a "Washitsu" (Japanese-style room) concept to create an open platform that seamlessly accommodates sitting, reclining, and social gathering. To address the feline instinct for verticality, the TV wall elevation integrates vertical cat trees and concealed retreats, extending from the ceiling to the floor to establish a fluid climbing trajectory. By synergizing layered horizontal platforms with vertical elements, the layout optimizes spatial volumetric efficiency and fosters a harmonious cohabitation between humans and cats.
