In modern society, the busy pace of life and heavy work pressure make many people face the problem of insufficient exercise and declining health. In order to solve this pain point, I designed an intelligent sports fitness product and its supporting APP for home environment. With the core concept of portable and lightweight, multi-sensory feedback and fun, the product creates an immersive cloud fitness experience for users through innovative visual, auditory and tactile interaction. Users can use the product anytime and anywhere for fragmented exercise, make full use of leisure time, complete strength training and aerobic exercise, and effectively improve sub-health problems caused by lack of exercise.



Based on Isometric Exercise, the product collects user force data through the built-in pressure sensor, and feedbacks to the LED light, buzzer and vibration motor in real time, which prompts the user's strength and rhythm changes in an intuitive way. The accompanying APP will visualize the pressure data, and users can get guidance through the interface changes, so as to adjust the intensity and rhythm of movement, and avoid physical damage caused by improper movements. At the same time, combined with interesting game design, enhance the entertainment of the fitness process, so that users can insist on exercise in a relaxed and interesting atmosphere.



The whole system is designed to help users make use of daily fragmented time to achieve scientific fitness and consume calories, while achieving personalized health management, and providing efficient solutions to improve sub-health problems in modern society.
