Firstly, the smoothness of the spatial flow line is carefully planned to ensure that visitors can have a smooth and unobstructed experience from the entrance to visiting the sand table, model room, negotiation area, and other areas, enhancing the visiting experience. At the same time, based on the characteristics of the project and customer needs, functional areas such as reception area, sand table display area, model room display area, negotiation area, and rest area should be reasonably divided, and auxiliary functional areas such as tea bar and children's play area should be added to meet the diverse needs of customers. In terms of material selection, the design tends to use high-quality materials such as stone, metal, and glass with rich textures. Through exquisite craftsmanship and detail processing, it creates a luxurious yet warm indoor environment, while emphasizing the sustainability and environmental friendliness of materials. In terms of color matching, simple white and gray are used as the main tone, with accents of gold, dark wood and other colors, creating an elegant and layered indoor atmosphere.
