Minimalist Japanese furnishings, casual industrial lines, and a cozy Korean creamy color palette composed this distinctive multiple-story residence. Sleek slant and elegant round shapes render a harmonious interior phrase. Exquisitely textured mineral wall paint complements a brand new surface for the old house, unveiling a newly married life.

Integrating smart home systems and home theater equipment brings about technological convenience and recreation, achieving the homeowners’ dream. Transparency in layout plans invites natural light to flow. In addition, the privacy-protected design of the master bedroom contributes to a personal and serene zone, fulfilling sweet moments for the loving couple.
After rigorously resolving leaking and plumbing problems, the house passed down from the parents incorporates a smart home system managing illumination and face ID lock. As a result, it is a safe and convenient newly-married home for a couple of homeowners. In addition, partial refurbishments provide ample space for their favorite recreations. For example, a projection screen takes place for a conventional TV set while a well-equipped stereo system displays in the living room; the master may immerse himself in the perfect home theater. The 4th floor serves as the lady’s yoga space, allowing exercise at home. The home ultimately carries out the blueprints of their lifestyles.
Considering illumination and transparent views, hollow bricks use partial partition walls of the garage and dining room, enhancing brightness with more natural light. In the staircase between the 2nd and 3rd floors, a dual-sided bookcase complements the different stories and brings in dynamic floods of sunshine. Moreover, a one-wall kitchen layout and a kitchen island make spacious countertops for the couple to cook in their own quality time. Besides, we reproduced a Japanese Egawa design to set up the second-floor balcony, creating a cozy outdoor spot for leisurely afternoons accompanied by breeze and sunshine.
