Settling in Soho

The site is an old apartment. The name of the project is "Settling in Soho" because of the atmosphere and style. The client is very fond of outdoor activities. Based on this, the design team maximized the advantages of the site and created an open plan for the social area in a corridor layout. This maximizes light from three sides and allows for more intuitive circulation. The theme of the project is the Soho Loft style. The color palette, ironwork, and texture of the building materials shape a comfortable home for the family.

Color flashes and openwork are the highlights. For example, the Hermes orange and open iron shelves at the entrance, the special lacquered wall with phosphorescent green, and the hanging iron cabinets in the transition connecting the light meal area to the window. The cooler flashes and openwork reveal a variety of looks.
