MEIZHOU ONE JIANGFENG MINGYUE

Located in the Southern Metropolis block of Meishan’s new downtown, the project aims to break the physical limits of conventional residential supporting facilities. Rooted in modern oriental aesthetics, it integrates eco-friendly sustainable concepts into spatial design to redefine the interaction between residents, nature and the city, building an energetic ecological community featured by “club inside park, park integrated with club”.
Adopting a multi-layered penetrating landscape design, the scheme blurs the division between buildings and surroundings. Covering around 2,400 sqm, the clubhouse nestles into lush green space via interlocking architecture and landscape, acting as a breathable hub linking urban area and nature. The ground floor applies the void-deck public club design; partial overhead floors form open sight corridors and covered corridors, bringing outdoor green oxygen belt indoors to achieve seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Residents can enjoy dappled sunlight among trees at the parent-child zone Yuexia Shiguang or Mingyue Library, with changing scenic views along the homecoming path.
Sunken courtyards and panoramic glass facades solve poor natural lighting for underground spaces. Sunlight and greenery flow into the indoor swimming pool, fitness center and private wine lounge to deliver immersive natural experience: swimming with simulated riverside views and working out overlooking courtyard waterscape. It cuts daytime artificial lighting consumption and enables close interaction between people and landscape.
The facade follows the growth-driven design for harmonious coexistence of ecology and daily life. Curved gilded ceramic panels echo shimmering Minjiang River waves and serve as natural sunshade to optimize microclimate with excellent thermal performance.The combination of champagne aluminum panels and Prada Green stone creates a sleek sculptural city skyline, fulfilling the commitment of long-lasting century-grade construction.
Functionally,the clubhouse is upgraded into premium social venue.A full-age supporting system connects Michelin-grade private dining room, open-air theater, private theater and multi-purpose lounge.The covered homecoming corridor works not only as a traffic route but also a bonding space to facilitate neighborhood communication and casual daily socializing.
The clubhouse fully embodies the park-city development concept. Blending Minjiang waterscape, local greenery,oriental charm and contemporary luxury design,the project stands as a timeless landmark of Meishan that grows within parks and elevates residents’daily life.
