The Yongxin Technology Corporate Headquarters Office Building is situated in Zhubei City. The site borders Zhuangjing 7th Street to the east and Shengli 6th Street to the south, and this dual-frontage condition brings excellent accessibility and an open interface.
Centering on an IT operational headquarters, the design develops the architectural expression from the order of information technology and programming languages. It utilizes BIM to integrate architecture, structure, MEP, and interior design, allowing various floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed data to connect seamlessly, helping the design team master the relationships among structures, equipment, and spatial layouts before construction. The floor planning stratifies the aesthetic medicine clinic, corporate offices, meeting receptions, staff classrooms, and terraces, ensuring that commercial services and headquarters operations possess clear boundaries.
The southern aspect uses large floor-to-ceiling windows to welcome diffused light and the summer southwestern monsoon, while the eastern aspect applies shading components to reduce solar radiation, completing an office building in the urban core that combines a professional image, environmental response, and operational efficiency.
From site conditions and facade generation to functional stratification, the project uses rational methods to untangle complex demands, firmly integrating the enterprise's forward-looking steps into its daily work.
