Inhaven Shop sets hospitality standards for the vacation rental industry and reimagines how vacation rental property managers source their supplies. Unlike the conventional fragmented sourcing experience, Inhaven Shop defines hospitality tiers for vacation rental supplies, introduces spreadsheet-like supply collections, and integrates sourcing directly into property managers’ operational systems within a single shopping experience.

The Inhaven Shop user experience is designed around property managers’ existing workflows and mental models. It enables property managers to select products with clearly defined hospitality tiers, source with greater consistency, and manage with higher efficiency through an experience that mirrors their everyday workflow tools — spreadsheets — while being far less tedious. By transforming how property managers understand product quality, source supplies, and manage their properties, Inhaven Shop is establishing hospitality standards for the vacation rental industry while giving travelers greater confidence and certainty when booking vacation rentals.

Inhaven Shop is used by property managers operating more than 30,000 vacation rental properties nationwide. This design significantly increases their operational efficiency while driving higher daily active users (DAU) and retention rates for Inhaven.
