Under variable weather conditions in autumns and winters, children often face strong winds, rain, snow, and sudden temperature changes during urban commutes or outdoor activities, leading to insufficient protection or the need to carry multiple garments. Based on this insight, we have integrated superior protection, stylish design, and practical details to create a garment solution—the Warm Shell Down Jacket—suitable for cross-city travel and outdoor adventures.

The fabric features a four-layer composite structure. The protective wear-resistant layer is a plain-woven base fabric made from recycled ultrafine denier polyester fibers, coated with microporous polyurethane (pore size: 5–10 μm), achieving a windproof index of <1 mm/s and abrasion resistance of >15,000 cycles. The moisture-absorbing breathable layer interweaves ultra-cotton fibers and cooling yarns into a honeycomb mesh (pore size: 50–100 μm), delivering moisture permeability >5000 g/m²/24h and water repellency ≥Level 4. The thermal heat-retention layer uses hollow goose-down-filled diamond-shaped compartments with walls formed by meltblown, biodegradable PLA fibers. The skin-friendly moisture-wicking layer utilizes a Tencel and Modal blended fabric with vertical moisture-wicking channels. This four-layer structure enables the Warm Shell Down Jacket to adapt to weather or temperature shifts, reducing the need for extra clothing and making every parent-child outing easy and secure. In addition, a heat-retention film is placed on the back lining over the core heating zone, using far-infrared heat circulation to raise perceived body temperature by 1.4°C. Step-zoned filling with 90% duck down ensures consistent, light, and comfortable warmth.

Meticulously designed details, including a length cut from shoulder to 1/3 thigh, wind-resistant front placket with padding, and anti-draft cuffs and brim, effectively block cold wind. Ultra-soft velvet is applied to the back collar and back of the hand to protect children's tender skin.

For the exterior, the Warm Shell Down Jacket adopts a functional workwear style, paired with a lively checkerboard pattern and an interactive Velcro TPU printed badge, aligning with the fashion trend while appealing to children's love for play and fashion.
