Taizhou Fengming Chenlu is located in the Jiaojiang Jiazi waterfront area, deeply rooted in the historical texture of the thousand-year-old street and the regional endowments of 'Buddha, Mountain, Sea, City, Cave.' With the core concept of 'a place for the soul, a source of culture, the beginning of life, and a land of art,' it builds an Ori-ental elegant residence system characterized by 'orderly sequences, symbiotic circles, cultural immersion, and exceptional quality.' The design draws inspiration from the Ming and Qing architectural features of Jiazi Old Street, integrating local cultural elements such as fish-ermen, embroidery, and boat models into the spatial narrative. By cre-ating an 'urban secret realm,' it achieves the coexistence of tradi-tion and modernity. Guided by all-age sharing, it caters to both the social needs of elite circles and the lifestyle adaptation for multi-generational living, offering an elegant 'Oriental garden tour' expe-rience imbued with a sense of order and ritual.
