Longfor Foshan Jing Song Club

Located on the south side of Liming 2nd Road and the west side of Gangkou Road in Chancheng Distr Foshan, the Longfor Central Jing Song Clubhouse transforms the space from a "sales venue" into a "narrative place" under the theme of "New Magnolia Narrative:ligraphy and Seal Carving." It integrates the elegant posture of the white magnolia with the literati spirit of calligraphy and seal carving, rooted in Foshan's profound historical ral heritage. The spatial narrative unfolds around five themes—"Ink Fragrance Entrance, Magnolia Elegance, Bookish Treasures, Secret Scented Realm, and Mnolia Dome"—transforming the sales space into a "three-dimensional cultural art gallery" for exploration, appreciation, and contemplation. Through abstract translation and cultural integration, we aim to ensure ts experience a complete journey from traditional etiquette to contemporary aesthetics, and from community interaction to inner tranquility with every step, ultimately painting a picture of a future life filled witof belonging and poetic beauty.
The spatial layout inherits the "harmonious ritual order," unfolding in a progressive sequence where every step reveals a new scene. The grand entrance hall draws inspirat the imagery of screen walls, integrating the curved elements of the Tongji Bridge to create a serene gateway amidst the hustle and bustle. The community reception space introduces the elegce of Foshan lantern craftsmanship and the calligraphy of literati, interpreting the sublimation of life aesthetics from the material to the spiritual. The library, through wooden textures and soft ligh and shadow, unfolds a warm and cultured scene imbued with the fragrance of books.
Through the continuous translation of "local IP symbol implantation—New Narratives of the White Magnolia," the overall design integrates the elegance of the whiagnolia, the spirit of calligraphy, and the warmth of traditional craftsmanship into modern architectural vocabulary and scene creation. This not only reshapes the aesthetic experience of contemporary living but also breatew life into cultural genes within the space, creating an ideal future residence that combines profound cultural depth with understated luxury.
