Inspired by the whimsical concept of a "House of Sweets," this project, titled "TOKYO CANDY," reimagines the guest house experience as a vibrant, sugar-coated sanctuary. Moving away from conventional neutrality, the design embraces a radical "Kawaii" aesthetic fused with cinematic composition, creating an immersive world reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film.

The space is enveloped in a bold turquoise hue, evoking the nostalgia of retro candy packaging. The architectural focal point is the custom dual arched niches, soft and rounded like confectionary shapes, which display curated art objects. These curves are deliberately juxtaposed against the rhythmic vertical stripes of the lower wall and the linear shadows from the blinds, creating a dynamic visual interplay.

The furniture adds to the narrative with "flavors" of millennial pink and mustard yellow, while a classic crystal chandelier hangs above like crystallized sugar, adding a touch of ironic luxury. TOKYO CANDY is not just a room; it is a visual treat that offers guests a sweet escape from the ordinary.
