Located in Sanshan New City, Sanlong Bay, the integrated spatial design unites a sales center, an apartment lobby, and model residences within a cohesive system. By weaving together innovative spatial strategies, narrative-driven concepts, and refined aesthetics, it creates a next-generation environment finely attuned to the complexities of contemporary life—where functional versatility meets emotional resonance.

Defying convention, the design integrates sales operations, residential lobby functions, model unit experiences, and back-of-house support into a single adaptive system. It fully accommodates immediate needs—such as display, client reception, and transaction processing—while embedding long-term flexibility through reconfigurable layouts and modular elements. This enables post-sales transformation into uses such as a corporate lobby or an innovation-driven business hub, directly addressing the industry-wide challenge of short-lived, inflexible sales centers. More importantly, it embodies the brand’s enduring commitment to sustainability and lasting value.

The entire project is a narrative of vision and viability. The sales center (which includes the apartment lobby) is shaped by two guiding concepts: “Boundless Realm” and “Convergent Gravity.” Inspired by the cosmic dance of particles drawn together by gravitational forces, the design translates this poetic metaphor into a tangible spatial experience. Expansive glazing, abundant greenery installations, and fluid architectural lines dissolve the boundary between indoors and outdoors, engaging both sight and feeling to foster a continuous dialogue between the built form and nature. Artistic accents—such as spectral light installations and themed luminaires—blend artistry with futurism, creating an immersive environment where nature, technology, culture, and individuality converge. The model residences unfold under the theme of “Personal Trajectories.” Tailored to diverse buyer personas and lifestyles, they feature distinct design languages—including Artistic Chic, Tech Edge, Pet Alliance, and Minimalist Code. Each concept thoughtfully balances targeted aesthetic expression with practical functionality, resonating precisely with the preferences of different age groups, professional backgrounds, and life attitudes. Far more than staged interiors, these spaces become authentic extensions of the people who inhabit them.
