This project is a nearly 100m² bare-shell apartment unit with an outdoor terrace. A fully open spatial strategy is adopted to integrate the home’s public domain. A deep smoked-tone palette establishes the overall atmosphere, grounding the interior with a calm yet sophisticated character.

The living room, dining room and kitchen areas are conceived as a single open volume, emphasizing the generosity of the entire space. The black-toned door panels and grey mineral coatings introduce an earthy tactility. A marble feature TV wall—evoking abstract landscape formations—anchors the communal zone, becoming its visual and emotional focal point. Across the flooring, stone-textured tiles in the dining and kitchen area transition seamlessly into herringbone laminate flooring in the living room, creating a layered material rhythm.

The two bathrooms embody a dual design narrative shaped by the two homeowners: one space wrapped in luxurious stone finishes, the other composed with a warm simplicity. This contrast highlights a personalised approach to private space.

Layered lighting orchestrates gradual shifts between cool and warm tones, enriching the spatial experience throughout the day and offering the residents a living environment that evolves with mood, activity and time.
