This project is positioned as an interior design solution for move-up homes, with a total area of 115㎡. The unit layout comprises four bedrooms, two living areas, three bathrooms, and one study, primarily targeting five-member households or multi-generational families. The design strives to achieve both spatial efficiency and lasting quality of living within a modern minimalist framework.

From the entry foyer corridor to the subsequent semi-open tea room, a clear spatial circulation hub and key buffer node is established—serving as a natural divide that partitions the overall layout into two distinct zones: the left side leads to the master bedroom, children’s room, and multi-functional room, while the right side connects to the living-dining area, open kitchen, and secondary bedroom. This circulation strategy ensures clear and non-interfering paths, effectively minimizing cross-traffic disruptions and enhancing daily living efficiency. It accommodates the independent activity needs of different age groups in a multi-generational household, while reinforcing a sense of spatial boundaries, facilitating harmonious cohabitation across generations.

An additional advantage arising from this layout is that all functional spaces benefit from generously scaled viewing surfaces. With the tea room as the visual axis, both the living room and master bedroom open toward the daylight-exposed facades, forming a “circular viewing circulation.”

The interior palette is rendered in elegant, high-quality neutral tones, avoiding reliance on high-saturation colors in favor of tactile subtlety to evoke a warm ambiance. Black-and-white artistic touches recur throughout the home. From the diamond-patterned details in the entry corridor to the tweed textiles in the living area, from the minimalist cabinetry in the open kitchen to the velvet upholstery and quilted diamond cushions in the bedrooms—each detail quietly echoes the timeless aesthetics of Chanel.
