Mountains & Moon

This project is a collaborative work by Zhongbei and Jinjian, and it is Jinjian's third 'Moon' series work. The project is located in Purple Mountain, Nanjing, and the project type belongs to 169-405㎡ low-density urban courtyard villas.



Among the countless mountains in China, there is only one Purple Mountain, which, with its combination of mountains, water, city, and forest, has sustained the cultural context of Nanjing from the Six Dynasties to the Tang and Song Dynasties.



Shanhe Yue is located on the eastern foothills of Purple Mountain, facing the mountain and sharing the splendor of Nanjing's 3100-year history. The mountain is brought into the garden, replicating the magnificent lake and mountain scenery of Purple Mountain in a terraced landscape. The layout rises step by step in a staggered manner, using the mountain as a backdrop, bringing the mountain into the courtyard, reflecting the garden onto the villa, ensuring every residence has a good view, each with its own secluded landscape shaped by the mountain, offering a contemporary living experience that is truly remarkable.



As Jinjian's third 'Moon' series project, Shanhe Yue gathers the essence of nine-month forest low-density villas, culminating the cultural heritage of Zhan Yue Mansion. It iteratively creates Jinjian’s new generation of 'garden villa' products, with a 1>1.2 product innovation, reaching the pinnacle of Jinjian’s premium project series.
