The designer's gentle, refined touch establishes a serene and elegant tone, washing over visitors and transitioning them from urban bustle to quiet contemplation in an instant.The artistic focal point, “Moored Boat Returning Home,” serves as the spiritual anchor. In the sandbox area, an artistic collage and a gold-leaf feature wall reinterpret Eastern tradition with contemporary flair. Ceiling and wall grids form a rational framework, disrupted at the center by a rust-finished mirror that reflects and extends the view.The executive lounge downstairs draws inspiration from classical jewelry boxes and the subtle grace of Yue Kiln celadon. The structural motif of oil-paper umbrellas, a local intangible heritage, is reimagined as ceiling spotlights, blending tradition with modern language. The agate-and-glass water bar shimmers with layered textures under the light, while a backdrop of cascading gold lines abstracts “West Lake’s willows draping gold,” distilling local culture into understated luxury.The tea room draws inspiration from He Zhizhang's "Ode to the Willow," which depicts a willow as a tall tree adorned with jade. This poetic vision is translated into the custom embroidered wall panel, which delicately outlines the graceful drape of the willow branches. The private dining hall, set in deep tones, is ignited by vibrant red stone at the bar and feature wall, adding drama and vitality. Beyond dining, a curated social ecosystem unfolds: a metropolitan-style KTV balancing privacy and openness, a mahjong room styled like a resort “brilliant suite,” and a bright, fully equipped gym catering to all ages.The homecoming ritual culminates in the carriage hall. Embracing the “Lu Collection” ethos, it transforms the elegance of “the Winding Stream Banquet (an ancient literati game)” into six realms: “welcome, ritual, joy, elegance, feast, and enjoyment.”
