Located in a prime urban location, the project leverages the integrated transportation and ecological resources of "One Station, One Center, One Scenic Belt." It blends natural beauty with modern, luxurious aesthetics, reinterpreting the symbiotic relationship between cultural heritage and contemporary communities.



The community's overall design concept is "Streams and Forests, Bookish Masters." Five themed landscape sequences connect function and artistic conception, integrating local culture and the spirit of the Central Plains Academy into modern living. From the entrance's "Fish Leaping Over the Dragon Gate" ritual space to the "Sea Embracing All Rivers" elegant space centered around a cascading waterfall, the design interprets traditional imagery with a modern touch. Combining cascading water features, metal grilles, stone seating, and artistic lighting, it creates a welcoming homeward journey that is both ceremonial and poetic.



The landscape design emphasizes the integration of functionality and artistry, creating understory spaces, all-age activity areas, and seasonal gathering spaces, encouraging residents to immerse themselves in nature and culture through morning reading, evening contemplation, communication, and meditation. Luxurious stone, metal, and native plants are used as materials. Through meticulous composition and light and shadow design, a long scroll of life is woven in the urban core, depicting "quiet reading by the forest and spring by day, and gazing at the starry pavilion by night."

This is more than just a residence; through the integration of nature, culture, and exquisite details, it reshapes the modern living experience in Hohhot and brings a lifestyle that transcends spatial, temporal, and spiritual dimensions to the city.
