In a compact urban residence where space is limited, the homeowner seeks to achieve the ideal layout of three bedrooms and two living areas. With a multi-level loft, spatial constraints are overcome. Centered around the evolving needs of three life stages—single living, starting a family, and raising children—the design dissects functional configurations. A grayscale palette combined with natural materials evokes a sense of refined, understated beauty in everyday life. From integrated functionality and visual layering of spatial discovery, the design brings both flexibility and warmth to this small home.
