This project reimagines the modern co-working environment based on the client’s vision of a multifunctional space that integrates business offices, an art gallery, and exhibition zones. Designed to maximize investment returns while providing 22 independent office units for professionals, the layout also emphasizes expansive shared areas extending from a central reception hub.

Upon exiting the elevator, visitors are welcomed by a full-height glass entry that defines the luminous reception hall. A sleek white feature wall, accented with backlit horizontal strips, sets the tone. The ceiling, tastefully segmented with ribbed patterns aligned with the beams, incorporates diffused lighting and sculpted lines, creating a visual rhythm that both elevates the ceiling height and softens the presence of structural beams. The space is further defined by a contrast of vertically laid PVC flooring and a background wall of staggered wooden panels, reinforcing directional flow while enhancing spatial clarity. The 3.6m-wide reception counter is a showpiece of form and craftsmanship, composed of intersecting tones of grey, white, and lime green. Its angled right wing, tapered inward like a ship's prow, evokes a sense of movement and the metaphor of setting sail—symbolizing exploration and progress.

Flanking the lobby are zones for flexible use: resting areas, informal meeting pods, and semi-private lounges. These spaces continue the natural wood aesthetic for a calming, biophilic atmosphere. Select walls are embedded with illuminated display vitrines and curated art panels, while a high-top bar encourages spontaneous interaction and creative pause. Imported carpeting underfoot offers acoustic absorption and visual warmth, while integrated amenities, such as interactive digital media displays, ambient sound systems, and a stylish snack bar, deliver an immersive sensory experience that enhances both work and leisure.
