A minimalist design approach was adopted, pairing generous natural light with the thoughtful use of negative space to craft a clean, enduring style. Through careful selection of materials and lighting, the palette was balanced to infuse the space with both softness and character. A smooth circulation path optimizes everyday living while ensuring harmony between functionality and aesthetics.

Curved walls were introduced at key corners to eliminate harsh angles and reduce collision risks, improving both visual flow and overall comfort. This design choice softens boundaries and enhances spatial openness. Flooring transitions and material contrasts subtly define zones, adding sophistication and warmth throughout.

In the living room, the main TV wall is finished with a soft beige, suede-textured coating, complemented by wood flooring to counterbalance the coldness of the black, white, and gray tones. A rock-textured PU panel adds dimension to the back wall, visually connecting the interior to the natural environment outside. The result is a layered and serene living experience that breathes life into a contemporary home.

The space is designed with a minimalist approach, reducing the use of superfluous materials to emphasize clarity and function. In the dining area, kitchen, and bedrooms, low-formaldehyde modular cabinetry was selected to promote a healthier living environment. An ERV system was integrated throughout the property to maintain optimal indoor temperature and humidity, enhancing comfort while reducing energy consumption and easing the load on air conditioning.

Large windows were incorporated into the design to maximize natural ventilation and daylight. The use of Low-E glass effectively minimizes heat transfer from the outside, contributing to improved energy efficiency. A smart lighting system was also implemented, capable of adjusting brightness automatically based on ambient light and user needs, thereby reducing unnecessary energy waste and supporting sustainable living.
