About The Entry

With the core concept of ‘the sound of the years and the blossoming of flowers’, this project cleverly combines the exquisite heritage of old Shanghai with the practical aesthetics of modern space to create a high-end club with both cultural thickness and contemporary comfort. The designers have extracted the spiritual core of ‘East meets West, low-key luxury’ from Shanghai culture, and through material collision, symbol translation and light and shadow narrative, the space becomes an elegant medium connecting the past and the present.

The highlight of the design lies in the contemporary translation of the elements of Shanghai: the screen is used to vaguely outline the leisure area, implicitly expressing the Shanghai lane; the flower tiles are used to represent the laziness of the South Seas; the island table made of amethysts is a metaphor for the prosperity and centuries of Shanghai's style; and the different spaces of the chess and cards room, the tea-tasting room, and the audio-visual room are designed to express the habits of the Shanghainese people. Every detail is worth recalling again and again.
