Innovecs is a global digital services company. We are a trusted partner for companies in 11 countries, including the leading markets of the US, the UK, the EU, Israel, Australia, and Ukraine within key industries: Supply Chain, Games, High Tech, Health Tech, and Collaboration Tech.

This rebranding project was fully executed by Innovecs' in-house design and development teams — combining deep knowledge of the brand with strong creative and technical expertise.

The Innovecs team relaunched its Careers website to create a modern, human-centered digital platform that reflects our culture and values while offering a seamless experience for job seekers.

The new design is clean and minimal, with bold accents, intuitive navigation, and a strong emotional touch. The interface is responsive and performs smoothly across all devices. The back-office system was also upgraded, improving the content management experience for internal teams.

Since the redesign, average engagement time per active user increased by 44.7%, and job applications submitted directly via the website grew by 171% (Q2 2024 vs Q2 2023).
