About The Entry

Besty.ai is a mobile app designed for adolescents, particularly adolescent girls, offering accessible puberty and sex education, companionship, and mental health support throughout their growth process.

Through a virtual persona, teens are encouraged to openly share their worries and ask questions about puberty, sexuality, menstruation, and more. It fosters a safe space for discussions on sensitive topics and common teenage concerns, such as body dissatisfaction, period stigma, sexual activities, and bullying.

By training the AI model on a massive dataset of authorized knowledge and case studies on sex education and common teen issues, the AI friend can provide users with proper answers to their questions in these areas and assist them in navigating challenging situations. It will prompt human interventions or provide external resources if deemed necessary.

As a companion in the critical process of shaping the self, Besty.ai also guides teenagers to embrace their uniqueness and prepare themselves for physical and mental growth through interactive exercises, affirmations, and personalized content. It encourages them to approach their journey into adulthood with confidence and pride.
