Sitting on its own island formation in Triple Bay Marina, the Corallium Marine Life Institute is an architectural landmark focusing on environmental conservation, scientific research and sustainability. Designed to function as both a hub for marine research and a premier touristic destination, the institute will focus on conservation studies while offering visitors a dynamic blend of educational exhibits and immersive experiences. Covering 24,797 square meters, the institute seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, enhancing both the architectural beauty and the unique coastal ecosystem of the region.

The development is distinguished by its iconic architecture and a naturalistic landscape that harmoniously blends with the surrounding landforms and the Red Sea. The landscape architecture is integrated to promote sustainability, accessibility, innovation, and an enriched variety of experiences. The development includes research facilities, laboratories, educational garden walks, an amphitheatre and an extraordinary coral reef garden project.

The garden walks offers an interesting journey around the institute with great views to the marina and the red sea and informative signage describing some of the local botanic. The amphitheatre, on the east end of the development, it is well integrated with the existing cliff, cascading down towards the marina offering undisrupted views.

Sustainability is achieved through a combination of boulders with native and highly adaptive planting, runoff-capturing trenches, and high-reflectance materials to achieve human comfort. Accessibility is also ensured through well-defined pedestrian pathways and bicycle parking, ensuring sustainable mobility. The project fosters innovation by offering immersive educational experiences about Red Sea marine life. Inspired by coral formations, the landscape design enhances the visitor experience, creating a unique connection to the marine environment through diving and sea trekking.
