The FIYTA Watch R&D and Manufacturing Center is a key project located in the Guangming Watch Base, serving as FIYTA’s state-of-the-art production and innovation hub. The facility integrates precision instrument production, research and development workshops, manufacturing spaces, and supporting amenities. The design goal is to meet functional requirements while highlighting FIYTA’s pioneering spirit and leadership in the watch industry. The project aims to establish a benchmark for the Guangming Watch Base, reflecting innovation and excellence, while also providing an inspiring, comfortable, and dynamic workspace for employees.

This comprehensive office and factory complex spans a total land area of 18,861.94 square meters, with a total construction area of 68,074 square meters and a floor area ratio of 56,542 square meters. The structure consists of two underground levels and six to fifteen floors above ground, with a building height of less than 60 meters. The architectural design prioritizes efficiency and precision, in line with the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and technological advancement.

With a focus on cutting-edge manufacturing and R&D, the center is equipped with advanced facilities to support FIYTA’s watch production, ensuring the highest quality standards. The integration of office spaces with production areas fosters collaboration between research, design, and manufacturing teams, driving continuous innovation. Additionally, employee well-being is central to the design, with thoughtfully planned workspaces, recreational areas, and green spaces that enhance comfort and productivity.

As a symbol of FIYTA’s dedication to progress and industry leadership, the center not only strengthens the brand’s global competitiveness but also contributes to the development of the Guangming Watch Base as a world-class hub for watchmaking and precision engineering.
