Glory Forever is a residential masterpiece located at the intersection of Yonghe and Zhonghe districts in New Taipei City, embodying the harmony of urban sophistication and natural tranquility. Inspired by the philosophy of "Wisdom, Vision, Harmony, and Longevity," the design creates a sanctuary that reflects the value of heritage, sustainability, and quality living. With its 50-meter-wide facade, the building uses stone, linear brick, metal accents, and glass to create a multi-layered aesthetic that balances sleek modern lines with textural richness.

The architectural vision integrates vertical and proportionate elements, enabling the structure to coexist harmoniously with its surroundings. The grand lobby, designed by celebrated interior designer, features expansive tiles and matte metal finishes that add a touch of elegance. Circular and curved shapes throughout the space symbolize inclusivity and fluidity, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere. Residents experience an art-gallery-like ambiance where every detail embodies sophistication and timeless beauty.

Built to diamond-grade green building standards, Glory Forever addresses sustainability and carbon reduction with exceptional rigor. The building’s structure incorporates an RC beam-column frame with a raft foundation, reaching a depth of over 18 meters for stability. Concrete strength varies from 5000psi to 7000psi, underscoring a commitment to enduring quality and resident safety.
