The project aims to “comprehensively upgrade broadcasting equipment and space”. The design team ensured the modernization of technology and facilities to enhance service quality and efficiency. In terms of special techniques and material selection, the designers introduced advanced acoustic and anti-electromagnetic interference technologies. For example, a main control room is installed between the power plant room and the equipment room to isolate electromagnetic waves. The facades of the equipment room are covered with a double layer of electromagnetic wave isolation paint, which effectively enhances the safety and stability of the equipment. The air-conditioning system is installed with a non-conventional method to solve the challenge of low ceiling height, which ultimately ensures the optimization of the acoustic effect.

The choice of materials emphasized fire protection and acoustics. Rockwool and polyester fiberboard have good acoustic properties and meet fire code requirements. The design also took into account environmental sustainability. Energy-efficient air-conditioning systems and LED lighting, as well as strategies for reusing wood, minimize the negative impact on the environment.
