About The Entry

We drew inspiration from the WELL system's features of personalized office design, taking into consideration the stress reduction, psychological support, and break time needs of office staff. The entire office incorporates an intelligent building system, including smart entry for visitors, company inquiries, integrated gates, smart elevator controls, and an intelligent parking system. Different areas feature materials with diverse textures and temperatures to create a comfortable spatial experience. The first floor utilizes a combination of light and dark stone with lighting effects for a dignified ambiance. The second floor uses linen wall coverings and wooden finishes to establish a stable atmosphere for meetings. Standard floors predominantly use a black and white color scheme, offering tenants more freedom, while the top floor highlights the exhibition hall's tech-savvy feel with metal and OLED. We advocate for a healthy and human-centered office environment. Therefore, we provide convenient smart building services for easy company searches and parking. Simultaneously, we make full use of public areas, incorporating various stress-relief spaces, including areas for gaming interactions, oasis camping, and private sleep pods. Through these initiatives, we aim to help office personnel better relax, de-stress, and recharge during their leisure time.
