This case is located in Qingyun Town, Yulin City, the project is opened as a sales centre to the owners in the beginning, and will be taken by the government department as the supporting facilities of the district after delivery, becoming a link between the district and the city, and also creating the impression of the project in the region of Qingyun.



The design adopts a modern and minimalist architectural approach, with the use of glass, soft porcelain and aluminium veneer on the façade to broaden the sense of vision and express the interplay of light and shadow, and to make full use of the relationship between building volumes. It also takes advantage of the relationship between the building's massing and the purest point, line and surface elements, using grey and beige as the basic colour scheme, to impress people with its powerful massing and smooth lines. In terms of materials, the project uses recyclable, low-carbon and environmentally friendly building materials and green technologies to reduce the load of the building on the environment, to achieve a harmonious and sustainable coexistence of people, buildings and the environment in the area, and to create a green and healthy life for the owners. While the interior atmosphere is created, marble, wooden flooring, brushed stainless steel, fabric upholstery and other decoration materials are used to reflect its simple, exquisite, fashionable and comfortable features through its simple shape, pure texture and exquisite craftsmanship. It allows every visitor to feel a sense of homecoming and reflects the project's notability to the city interface, so that owners have a high-end living experience.
