About The Entry

The project is located in the prime area of Qingyang District in Chengdu, an improved property. The Health Living Pavilion, serving as a future lifestyle experiential space, prompted designers to contemplate how to seamlessly integrate with the community lobby and clubhouse, creating a space that harmonizes with both, and how to connect the spatial design language with Chengdu's "Carefree Living" cultural context to evoke emotional resonance. The goal was also to shape the artistic and social aspects of the space, conveying a healthy lifestyle.

The first floor houses the Homecoming Lobby, drawing inspiration from the layout of traditional homes in eastern Sichuan. The experiential flow follows a "four-entry" spatial arrangement from the front drop-off area to the leisure area, gradually progressing in a ceremonial manner. Using the technique of garden "framing," the spatial layout is controlled, creating a subtle and elegant interaction with the outdoor landscape to evoke a sense of depth. The design minimizes boundaries between the interior and landscape, cultivating a tranquil and intriguing atmosphere. The substantial door design emphasizes the experience of a deep courtyard, highlighting the ritualistic sense of coming home. The lofty "Bamboo Shadows" background wall enhances the space's emotive power, resembling an enchanting bamboo forest that symbolizes the occupant's character.
