On the 47th floor of Nanshan Breeze in Taipei, the interior design of Smith and Wollensky Taipei has created a dining experience unlike any other. The restaurant's character is defined by its innovative use of 'Arabesque' tiles, a signature feature of Smith and Wollensky establishments worldwide. In Taipei, these tiles take on a fresh and contemporary twist with a captivating two-tone palette of green. As large windows offer panoramic views of the iconic Taipei 101, the design seamlessly blends tradition and modernity. Wood-paneled details and high-quality oak flooring add a touch of classic steakhouse ambiance, ensuring that every aspect of the space exudes elegance.

Banquet seating at Smith and Wollensky Taipei showcases the warmth of Analine leather in 'Caramel' for banquet seating and 'Evergreen' for chairs, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. The bars within the restaurant are destinations in themselves, featuring marble or stone tops for dining, leather-clad bar stools, and integrated drinks rails for added functionality. Lighting plays a crucial role in the design, with LED lighting creating a sense of drama, globe and linear chandeliers adding a touch of luxury.

Artwork, including Americana and contemporary pieces, adorns the walls, paying homage to the restaurant's American heritage while embracing modernity. Private dining rooms, a vital part of the Smith and Wollensky experience, are designed with flexibility in mind, with partitions and adaptable tables to accommodate various party sizes. The restaurant's commitment to innovation and cultural fusion is further exemplified by the introduction by SL+A Hotels (Hospitality part of Steven Leach Group) of a gold calligraphy motif screen, serving as a room divider. This unique addition is poised to influence future Smith and Wollensky restaurants worldwide, reflecting the brand's commitment to innovation and cultural fusion. In the heart of Taipei, Smith and Wollensky has created a space where tradition and innovation converge to offer a dining experience that is truly exceptional.
